Founded by a retired law enforcement officer and his son, Ground Ops is a family-operated refuge where you can find defense from the daily grind, where we deliver joy in the perfect latte or a sweet roll that reminds you of childhood. Where the baristas and bakers work together like a well-oiled machine, but greet customers like longtime friends and family. Because to us, you are.
The Ground Ops Bakehouse serves up decadence and comfort with its popular cinnamon rolls, sweet rolls, and savory rolls. Everything is baked from scratch, and head baker Chris makes everything just as he loved them as a kid – melt-in-your-mouth delicious and just over the top enough to feel dangerous.
The coffee is roasted with beans thoughtfully curated from around the globe, and our baristas approach coffee making as an art form – and a way to brighten someone’s day with a jolt of caffeine and a smile.
